Ricoh gen5(MH5420) and gen6(M5320) industry inkjet print heads has high droplet printing function, the distance from print heads to medias can keep a good distance, which can print on uneven medias and keep print heads safe.
For ricoh gen5 Heads, the highdroplet distance is 5/10/15mm For Ricoh Gen6 heads, the highdroplet distancne is 5/10/15/20mm, if use special good quality inks, the distance up to 30mm highly expend cusomters’ printing business, not only for flat medias, but also uneven medias.
EPSON 1600 and 3200 heads ONLY 8-10mm,10MM is much bad quality,cant print for business.
also EPSON heads CANT print high droplet printing distance, or the lifespan of print heads will highly been reduced

As we know, RICOH print heads all use negative pressure ink supply system, which can press inks directly into print heads no need use pump to suck print heads, much more stable ink systems, avoid caps stations, dampers and other parts Epson print heads use siphon ink supply system with extremely poor stability and unstable ink supply. necessary to suck dampers, clean print heads more often. 90% of printers faults are caused by unstable siphon ink supply system, waste huge inks to do maintenance and clean, waste much labor time to do maintenance,
Using the negative pressure system can avoid 90% of failures and maintenance. Less maintenance also means you no need to pay much labor cost. save money for you and let you spend more time on make money not do maintenance

RICOH metal industry print heads are famous for their higher stable printing, longer lifespan, can work more than 4-6 years even more, but EPSON print heads(all made by plastic and film) just dx7 can be more than 2 years, xp600 is 1-3 months usually,1600/3200-u1 is 8-13 months.
so RICOH heads with longer lifespan, no need to change print heads more often, save your print heads change cost. print heads cost is also part of printing/use cost.
4. Faster Printing speed Ricoh print heads, the workable print wide is 5.41cm/2.1” which each one pass pritnting= EPSON 2 pass printing.
High jetting frequency makes RICOH print heads moving faster during printing than of Epson print heads
